Tonight i went to my boss's house for dinner. She invited the whole department for italian night! Mancotti, meatballs, sausage with peppers, pasta with a pomadora sauce, spicy pomdora sauce, meat sauce and a fantastic butternut squash lasagna! how much pasta can you eat in one night? I know that i could never eat that much if it ws only one dish but i had to try each of every kind and it was delicious... with some wine to wash it down. AHH it is nice to have some one cook for you sometime.

i would like to express my love for food by posting a blog of all the entrees i will be cooking in the near future. I also love having my friends over to enjoy eating it with. I have a full time job as an insurance agent but have created a business on the side to cater for friend's parties such as baby showers, birthday parties, graduation parties, etc....
Hope i can learn a thing or two from socializing with other cooks online too.. ready, set, GO!
